Who is Vortex?

Vortex is the market maker at vortex.foundation. Its privacy policy names Nevis Vortex Markets Global LLC of Charlestown, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and co-founder Gleb Gora has described a team of about 50. It should not be confused with unrelated companies that share the Vortex name. The firm offers market making with cross-exchange arbitrage management, custom trading solutions, treasury building and listing support, and says it serves both established projects and early-stage ventures.

Its home page reports 180+ clients, 40+ centralised exchange partners and a 93% client retention rate, and promises pricing with no hidden costs without listing prices. A 2024 promotional article quoted $3,000 a month for one exchange and $4,000 for two, which may be out of date. The site's terms say that references to market making do not indicate regulated activity. Its most recent blog post is dated November 2025.

Where is Vortex strong?

  • Small-token focus

It says it serves early-stage ventures, and its 2024 quoted entry price was low for the market.

  • Large client count

180+ clients by its own count, with a reported 93% retention rate.

  • Impersonation check

A page on its site lets a project verify whether a Telegram account is an official Vortex representative.

  • Listing and treasury bundle

Listing introductions and treasury building sit beside market making.

Where does TDMM differ from Vortex?

  • A longer, published record

TDMM has traded since 2015 and publishes a cumulative volume figure. Vortex's website gives client counts but no volume.

  • DEX market making

TDMM manages pools and ranges on seven chains. Vortex's services page describes exchange market making only.

  • Measurable terms, no profit claims

TDMM commits to spread, depth and uptime per venue. Vortex's home page leads with net profit generated for clients, which is a different promise from liquidity.

  • Exit management

TDMM also runs investor exits and treasury sales with the market kept two-sided.
